In 2023, Northfield Park District Commissioners approved a $20 million Master Plan to guide improvements to park facilities.

While every effort to secure state grants will be made, improvements can only be made if additional funds are raised from the community.

1. Tower Road Park (New): $500K + $375K  (for lifetime maintenance)
2. Willow Park (Phase Two): $810,600
3. Willow Park Maintenance Facility: $3M

4. Community Center Expansion/Renovation: $500K - $3M  (depending on project scope)
5. Fox Meadow Park: $600K

2025: Willow Park $.81M (Grants / Reserves)
2025: Tower Road Park $.5M (Foundation)
2025: Community Center $3M (Foundation)
